Food Network

For the standard world, food network is a must. There founded in April the 19, 1993 as the program of TV food network, began in the year of November the 23; and the official surname is still the network of television food. 

It was generated by, one of the organizers of CNN, Reese Schonfeld, beneath the execution of, the head of Providence Journal, Trygve Myrhen. The technological production of the network's was supplied by Chicago's Tribune Company.

Schoenfeld, a partner of the food network company  was selected as its administrative Director and then formed a board of management in conjunction with 2 staffs of  Providence Journal. Easy Cooking for Vegetables


It is very interesting, enjoyable and easy cooking for vegetables. The first step to cook vegetables is to collect the vegetables and to wash them in fresh water. Next the vegetables are cutting into appropriate pieces. 

The second step is to put a pan on the oven and pour oil 2 spoons or accurately into the pan. The oil is to be hot but not extremely warm. Then onion piece and green chili are to fall on the pan. After two or three minutes some water is to pour on the pan Then enough amount of salt, chili powder and turmeric powder are needed to give and the mixture is kept to straw. 

The third step is to drop the vegetables on the pan. Next the pan is to keep covered and left fit for the time needed. The vegetables as well as foods are to mix once more. After that it is to be tested whether the vegetables have turned into poach or not.  When the vegetables are found to have boiled, it is ready to be served. 

Really vegetables cooking is very easy fascinating to cook. Such kind of nutrition as well as protein based foods keep our health fit and continue our mind fresh.

Good Foods to Consume


Nobody can stay alive without having good foods in the universe. Food provides us vigor to labor. It makes sure our survival. That we can live, not live to eat. We don't consume only to fill up our bellies. We consume to exist a fit and joyful life.

Foods such as vegetables, eggs, fruits, fish, milk contains vitamins and mineral salt which keep our body healthy and fit. So, we get relax, cleanliness as well as fresh mind. The main goal of our work we can make good foods for our lives to survive.

General Guidelines to Good Food to be Fit :
We should keep away from too a lot sweets, particularly sugar;
We should eat well but do not overindulge;
We should avoid foods that have huge amounts of cholesterol and soaked fats;
We should shun extreme salt and spices;
We should observe our weight and keep perfect heaviness having good food;
We should devour foods which include carbohydrates, mainly starch and fibre;
We should avoid eating the similar sort of foods all the time;
We should consume a diversity of foods;
We should eat foods which contain carbohydrates, especially starch and fibre;
We should keep up timekeeping in our routine;
We should eat as much ordinary foods as we can;
We should put away seasonal foods as far as probable.
Our sound body can be adapted to change our daily routine. Our body may keep specific conditions and routine. Definite advantages of good food that keep our routine of regular food habits.
