Food for Sleep

There are many specific foods which help you for sleep and refreshment even if you are in quite provoking. Sound mind and sound sleep is a must to be fit you body.

Food has been recognized for a lot of years that affect our bodies. coffee, chocolate, and cola glass might give the energy race. So, why there really is relaxing, if these food and drinks makes you feel and be ready to run the marathon, drowsiness to food. In fact, there are foods to maintain alertness and drowsiness. 

Of course, sleepiness depends on food balance which is great secrecy. It si well identified to get relax drinking a cup of warm milk  containing tryptophan before going to sleep that makes you sound sleep and keep your body fit.

Just after having dinner, you can consume yellow fruits encloses both serotonin and melatonin which will provide a logic of fit being and rest. In the evening you may take a cup of tea with some food and other drink which refresh and in the bed time you feel relax.

You should take dinner at least before one and half hour. It is important to avoid Spicy heavy foods. Caffeine Alcohol before going to bed.
