Constipation occurs when not having enough water in stool and stools get hard. We are eating for several different causes for this event relating our foods we consume. The main cause of constipation is dehydration.
If the body includes excess salt, the body gets dehydrated. Taking too much coffee, tea, soft drinks and other foods that contribute to dryness. In this way the body goes or starts going through dehydration and excessive urination.
Red meat food is a main cause to occur of constipation. This is hard to digest meat protein, fat and lean. Dairy products foods in much are the equal way contribute to constipate. This is the type of cheese.
The final processed foods cause constipation. Again, the body cannot digest immediately and it is slow in the intestine. To avoid constipation, the best way is to eat fiber, including a lot of fruits and vegetables.
