Nobody
can stay alive without having good foods in the universe. Food provides us
vigor to labor. It makes sure our survival. That we can live, not live to eat.
We don't consume only to fill up our bellies. We consume to exist a fit
and joyful life.
Balanced
food is good food. Eating foods are separated into three major categories. They are carbohydrates,
proteins and vitamins and mineral
salt. Our basic foods are bread and rice. They contain carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates are the ones that give us the heat and energy to maintain health
strong.
We get
fat by eating foods such as butter, oil. Protein foods such as meat, fish, milk, beans and peas for
making our bodies. Foods such as vegetables, eggs, fruits, fish, milk contains vitamins and mineral salt
which keep our body healthy and fit. So, we get relax, cleanliness as well as fresh mind. The main goal of
our work we can make good
foods for our lives to survive.
General Guidelines to Good
Food to be Fit :
We should keep away from too a
lot sweets, particularly sugar;
We should eat well but do not
overindulge;
We should avoid foods that have
huge amounts of cholesterol and soaked fats;
We should shun extreme salt and
spices;
We should observe our weight and
keep perfect heaviness having good food;
We should devour foods which
include carbohydrates, mainly starch and fibre;
We should avoid eating the
similar sort of foods all the time;
We should consume a diversity of
foods;
We should eat foods which contain
carbohydrates, especially starch and fibre;
We should keep up timekeeping in
our routine;
We should eat as much ordinary
foods as we can;
We should put away seasonal foods
as far as probable.
Our sound body can be adapted to
change our daily routine. Our body may keep specific conditions and routine.

keep our routine of regular food habits.
